I placed a order, paid for it by EFT, sent proof of payment to them via email and still waiting for my order

I have placed a order, after placing my order i get a call from them to ask if i will be making payment and i tell them yes. i make the payment right after that and sen the proof of payment via email. i have waited a week, emailed them countless times and no response about where my order is or if it is even coming. worst part is i paid for it.
