Disappointment

i really tried of the service im getting from kapsule ,i ordered make up bushes on line in jan and no one called me to say anything until i decided in march that i want to cancel and get my money ...i was refunded but not all my money .Kapsule was suppose to refund me R430 but they decided to refund me R399 ...im not happy at allwith the service i received from you guy .....sies man How can one receive such treatment
