Kappco Security - excellent service

My automatic garage door became faulty and I called Nick from Kappco, based in Port Elizabeth, on Tuesday 25 February at about 17:45, checking with him if he can repair it. "His response was: do you need assistance immediately?" Now it was no emergency, so we made arrangements for the next day. His crew arrived on site, prepared and geared, repaired the problem on the door and replaced the battery which I knew was old and not effective anymore. His crew was friendly, knew their job well, and completed the whole process in no time. After the job was done, they noticed that both garage doors we not closing evenly, they reset the motors, and they serviced my other garage door while at it. I would recommend Kappco Security, Port Elizabeth any time you need something done on any automatic gates or garage doors. It is not every day one gets that kind of service. Well done Kappco, Nick and staff.
