Oder not received from the 12/12/2020

I placed an Oder on the 12 of December 2020 , have not received my stuff . the status changed on Friday to delivered and nothing has been received on my side .. i tried reaching out on facebook email Nothing has been done the only think there keep asking you is the Oder number then there disappear

can we get the Oder or have the money bad ... worse service ever
