Kappa Engineering Takes Time to Roll Thread

On the 4th of June I ordered and paid Kappa Engineering for 4 @ Thread Rolled Rods and lock nuts Gerrie was the agent that helped me. He told me that on the 15/06/2020 our courier could pick-up the rods. I struggled to get in touch with them and then when I finally got hold of them he told me the ETA moved to 17/06/2020 I cannot understand why these 4 rods take that long.
