kapama still treat its employees acording to colour of the skin , they dont look at the skills and expirience one has , I feel they are still ****** , if you are black you have no chance of occupiying a better position , all the senior staff is white people and people are still not paid their full salaries. Kapama is fullof racisim and they still undermine the abilities of black people.
