Pathetic service delivery.
If you love poor service delivery and empty promises this is your company to do business with. I have waiter 18 weeks for my canopy and they cant or wont tell me when it will be delivered. I was told by that my canopy was ready but had to pay the balance. This was done around 29 November. Suddenly my canopy is no longer ready. Nobody returns calls and I can get an answer.
