Pathetic service

I have placed an order for a Canopy in September 2021,paid in full and yet to date i still don't have a canopy. There is simply no way to get hold of them and if you do, they cant give one an completion date. According to the schedule update i still need to wait another 6-8 weeks (WOW 6 Months for a canopy) They are are bunch of ******* dodging and diving all over the place with new excuses every day. I think we must get Carte Blanche involved hear - Hoe is with me on this one??
