Not GOOD service at all, DON'T BUY!!!

I ordered my Kanopi in July 2021. They promised fitment in 4 weeks, it took 11weeks after alot of calls and shouting, name and shame on facebook. Day of fitment they got my colour order all mixed up, not what I ordered...everyone dissapeard in the offices. I agreed to keep the wrong colour combo and juat go on as I had enough of their empty promises and stories, everyday fighting.

New problem is, KANOPI is a water bucket ,the back of my bakkie is always full of water after rain or car wash. Not sealing at all. After close inspection, the KANOPI can not move more towards the front as it the will hit the cab, the rubber is not sealing on the front just behind the cab. The rubber is also falling off the frame as its got nowhere to rest/seal on so water and wind blows it out.

Reported it, they just dont reply or answer the calls. Francois the owner reads messages and promises to phone back but like before...only empty promises.

Wonder who else has the same problem or is it only on my D23 Nissan Navara shape?

So, NO I wont recommend this brand to anyone anymore.
