Non existent service.

Non existent customer service! Paid deposit 3 September and 14 December still no canopy. Very helpful while arranging the sale and then nothing. No communication from sales assistant or management. The canopy was then supposedly manufactured and scheduled to be shipped for installation on 11 December. On 14 December I'm informed via watsap its still in production. As of the last few days, no one is answering calls not sales assistant, manager or shop. All numbers dialled are not available. I'd think twice if I were you.
