Keep away from Kanopi

I ordered and paid in full three months ago and was told that delivery will be late due to strike of metal workers. Chris called and sent Whattsapps and called with **** delivery dates and updated of work being done. When i asked to be refunded due to no delivery, Renier promised to complete the canopy the next week 24 November 2021.Unfortunately i had a commitment on that date and told him i will be back before 13 December 2021. When i called 26 November 2021 i was informed the canopi doors were used on someone elses canopy and Renier will make a plan and call me back in a few minutes. This is now Monday 29 November and they are in a "meeting" and no call back.
