Kanopi ......... ONLY if you are desperate to be disappointed, and frustrated.

Lies upon lies. No integrity. Unfulfilled promises. Francois PROMISED me delivery for middle January 2022 "dit is op pad" ........... nothing. My agreement with Francois was, no deposit, but full payment on fitment. Gary (however he might fit in the whole scheme of things is rather vague) said to me, when I called him after being given the number by someone was "no deposit, no canopy" I told Gary that I will not pay any deposit, as the current reviews on hellopeter indicates that this will be a very stupid thing to do. He also told me that they will work on 80% back orders, and 20% new orders. Why not finish back orders BEFORE taking on more work !!? I see they are advertising again on Facebook ........ They cannot finish the orders they have, but wants to sell more? I deal with a lot of different suppliers, but I can honestly say that Kanopi is the most unreliable, without integrity company that I have EVER dealt with. I do not know about the quality of their product, but I will rather pay R5000 more for honesty and good service. Francois, I told you that I am glad for you that you are doing so "well" Well, I detract that. Your lies and unprofessional work ethics does note bode well for you, or your partners.
