Kanopi offers excuse on excuse

I paid my deposit on the 1st of August 2021 and had a lead time of 6-8 weeks for the installation.

4 months later and I have only received excuse after excuse from Renier for why they haven't been able to deliver. I also had to do all of the following up as I wasn't kept in the loop constantly. The canopy has been in powder coating for the last 2 weeks.

My father in-law had a RLD canopy installed within 6 weeks from start to finish.

I specifically used Kanopi as their product aesthetically was the best for me.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone based on the service I received.
