Kanopi - no service, no comms, no canopy

I ordered and paid for a Stainless steel canopy on 6Jul. Estimated deliver date provided was 19th of August - I am sure that I will still not have my canopy a month after the date provided by them. After various emails to Kanopi, they fail to respond, no communication whatsoever from them. I have informed them that I have an overland trip booked, for which I require the canopy. They just do not respond. I would recommend that, should you wish to buy a canopy, you avoid the company by all means. You will just be disappointed with their service, lack of communication and general no care attitude. THEY'RE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR 50% DEPOSIT, AND THAT IS WHERE THE SERVICE STOPS.
