KANOPI COMMUNICATION SERVICE IS BAD! DO NOT ORDER!

We ordered our Kanopi in September ( Their Special) and delivery date and fitment was promised for 1st week in December, they had really good communication with us until the week we had to receive our Kanopi. No one answers the phones, the owner Francios promise on social media that it all will be sorted but doesn't respond to any message or phone call. Now i can understand its silly season and their probably behind on production, BUT THEN YOU COMMUNICATE!!!!! If you do not answer you make yourself look bad, and instead of clients waiting , they demand refunds.

So we would like to either have proper communication of full refund.!!!
