Kanopi - Bunch of empty promises and no Delivery
I was reluctant to buy a canopy from this company. I actually cancelled my order. I then got a phone call from Jacques Gous promise me that all issues have been resolved and and that everything has been sorted. Also told me he will contact me with weekly updates and that I will have my Kanopi in week 5-6. I have now contacted after paying my deposit Jacques 3 times and I have send about 3 whatsapp messages, which was read to him and still no reply. This company is really just taking money and feel a damn about their customers.

Not sure when you called or sent messages, but we are currently closed until 12 Jan 2022 and don't expect that your calls would be answered. I also know that Jacques phone went in for repairs.

05 Jan 2022, 09:18Morning. Replies like this is really annoying. This is only excuses and not one apology or any solution. I have phoned Jacques on the 26th of November, followed by a whatsapp. I have phoned him on the 2nd of December followed by a whatsapp. I have whatsapp him on 23 December as well. Not once did he answer and not once did he reply. All messages was read and no response was given. The reply above does not give me an indication on eta, or any promise that was made by Jacques. Being close is not a answer for bad service the last 8 weeks. Someone could take 5 minutes to contact me and just treat me as a customer, I deserve to be.
