Kanopi - 4 Months and still waiting - Empty Promises

Ordered a canopy end of July - Wait time of 6-8 Weeks I was told. I'm currently on week 16 with no proper response. All I've received was excuses and empty promises. I'm now past being patient as I had numerous occasions where I required the canopy, but had to make other arrangements as every time I ask how far they are, I'm told it is either in Powder Coating or welding. Just keeping me on a string.

I'm trying to cancel my order to get my refund back with no success either.

Rather support another manufacturer not chasing sales unable to keep up with the demand.
