Let's get our Canopies from Kanopi!! Unfortunately not an option to score ZERO stars. I've ordered a canopy on the 1st of September 2021. Deposit was paid through one of their seemingly multiple salespersons. I had to pay the rest of the amount to book a fitting due on the 18th of December. I would have travelled from Knysna to Pretoria for the fitting. Communication from Barry (part-time sales rep I believe) seized. I've since written an email to confirm fitment, with no response. Anyone else unhappy with their service (I see multiple complaints on HelloPeter) can email me on *** Together our voices might be heard through Carte Blanche or another forum. I've paid an amount of R33k and will not leave it at that.
