HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!

We placed an order and paid 50% deposit on 17/09/2021. Promised delivery in 8 weeks, when we followed up, it was all excuses/lies. Delivery promised the 1st week of December - more excuses. Now we can't get hold of anyone. Shocking service. Empty promises. Quick to accept new orders and deposits, but after that no service and no communication!! We want a REFUND !!! At least have the decency to be honest with your customers !!
