Do not buy from Kanopi

Do not do business with these people. I ordered my canopy mid September and paid the 50% deposit and it would be ready mid November. 2 weeks ago I receive an email that my canopy will be ready by the 11th December 2021 and asking for the balance of the amount due. Today 14 December 2021 there workshop does not know anything about my canopy. Poor installer is answering there calls and sales reps says they do not know reasons for it not being there. The worst part is they are running another special currently. They cannot even deliver on there previous orders.
