worst roadworthy place ever

This vehicle test grounds or whatever they want to call it is the worst place ever to do a roadworthy, 2 vehicles I had to go a few hunderd km for roadworthy, the guy doing the inspection just doesnt pitch for work on mondays and fridays and even some days he just got a simple excuse for not helping you,please help getting this problem solved!!!!
