Pathetic service

As a member since 1998 I am totally disgusted with the service since it has been taken over by Hetta Fourie as managing director. It is always a struggle to get a breakage deposit paid back to you. Having to wait for more than 2 months and then still being given the run around when you enquire about it. I wish to cancel my membership and have notified them about it already but still nothing is being done about it. Paying levies every month and for what?
