NIGHT MARE KANGA FINANCE, RUN RUN RUN

It has been the most horrific experience dealing with KANGA FINANCE consultants, I had to deal with a collections agent over WhatsApp, Who refused to give me their name, They were so rude and unprofessional, They threatened to cancel the settlement agreement because I expressed I could not pay in two months but can pay only in three months, THEY SAID " I cannot allow that" I requested to then speak to a team leader which I was refused then later on they asked If "I wanted to settle my debt or request for team leaders ", Trust me when I say you do not want to deal with them, The service is appalling, The agents are rude and very dismissive. To date I have not received assistance I will be taking this further as they have refused me to pay and settle my debt.
