In June 2024,I went to Build It Hardware to apply for credit through Kanga Finance.My application was declined,so the following day I went back to Build It Hardware and purchased the items for cash. On the 15th July 2024,I received a notification from my bank stating that R794 was deducted from my bank account. I went back to Build It Hardware and complained about the matter and they sent a request for cancellation, however again yesterday I received a message stating that they will deduct again from account.I don't owe Kanga Finance anything because I had bought the items for cash.
