WRONG DIAGNOSIS AT A COST TO CUSTOMER

RECOMMENDED BY KANDUA.COM WEBSITE CAPE REPAIRS 24/7 ALSO KNOWN AS CAPE PRO 24/7 (And probably other monikers) Fridge was freezing inside salad compartment. I requested advice if it was worth fixing or replacing and was assured it was a simple repair. It was supposedly 'fixed' in 20 mins with gas replaced at a cost of R1860 but problem persisted. On complaint a few days later a timer was installed at an additional cost of R350. Problem is now worse therefore initial diagnosis was incorrect. They are not concerned in rectifying despite advertising warranty and I've been told to go to my insurance. I feel I should be have had this fixed at not additional cost or reimbursed. No contact details on invoice (email or cell phone). They are unreliable and *********....best to avoid.
