Vetted service is such a lie! Non professional and lying cheating people come to your house

I have a massive problem and complaint, Emmanuel came on Monday to fix my dishwasher, this morning the problem has not been solved. I asked Emmanuel to please fix it today, and he still is not here! On Monday he was also late due to car trouble, that I can understand but when its everytime it no longer is an excuse. I have called repeatedly and he doesn't take my calls!

He also quoted me R3000 and then told me it was an extra R500 because something else was wrong he also asked that I pay cash, so I did.

I feel he has cheated me out of money and is so unreliable.

I need someone to please complete the job tomorrow (saturday). Which I am sorry I cannot pay anymore money for, I think you as a company need to recoup the money from him and please send someone else out. I also will not refer him he is always has an excuse or just doesn't pitch.

I got hold of Emmanuel at 20 30 last night by calling from another number, he answered and told me that his car is not working after promises that he would fix the dishwasher yesterday.

He did say that he would send a technician out this morning to fix my dishwasher, its 8.30 and so we wait AGAIN

He als leftt with my vacuum cleaner to fix it, and he has not returned that along with my crate he took it in. Should I not get it back by this afternoon, I will be laying a charge of theft.
