Very unhappu

Smiley Pools contacted us through Kandua "pro Pool" ????? i am not so sure about this, you should re-look at this business. I am a very unhappy client, please do not ever use SMILEY POOLS they are BIG FAT *****!!!!! they promise you that your pool will be ready in 14 days ALL LIES, we are on day 43 and our pool is still not done!!!!!. they never said anything about not connecting the power to the pump they let you believe that once they are done you can just jump in your pool and swim but NO the day they came to do the pump they had lots of stories about the power and that they cant connect it, we left it there and just got someone to connect, with great shock when we turn on the pump the pipe were incorrectly connected so no swimming for us yet. they quote you for an LED light and just install a normal light. they phone you for payment upfront which was not as per the payment/ contract plan because they ran out of money, Smiley pool use a contractor to come do the work now they are fighting between themselves regarding the money and we as client is in the middle of all of this, when you phone Igue to complaint and let them come sort this mess out they drop the phone in your ear. and they expect you to wait another 8 days to come and sort out their mess THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wonder if the 10 year warranty on their work is also A big fat lie!!!!
