I booked a service provider to do an assessment on my driveway as I was not sure if this would qualify as an insurance claim. The service provider contacted me immediately and sent a team out to my house the day after, on an agreed appointment. They arrived on time and was very friendly and pro active in trying to find a solution. The feedback they gave me was super helpful and I have since been able to sort the issue out with another company, as the booked service was for a plumber, but a building contractor was required.
