Use Kandua at your OWN RISK

HIRE KANDUA PROS @ A TOTAL LOST!

Innocent came out to fix our fridge and said his job comes with a 24 months warranty should anything go wrong. The next day the same fault appears. When phoning him he drops the phone and ignores any messages. When contacting Kandua, we were told they've never assigned Innocent for the job. After I've provided screenshots of the whatsApp convo with their pro as evidence that he was given my contact details by Kandua etc. I was then told that, this will be investigated by their technical team and will be resolved soonest. Awaiting for feedback from them to date(This is the 3rd month ) . The whole lot are ********. Be careful who you are sharing your contact details with as well as who you're opening your doors to for assistance.
