THEY HIRE THIVES AS “PRO’S”

I hired a contractor that was “certified” by Kandua. According to their website, this means the person has been credit checke, ********ly check an hat they have me with him is person. A hired Warwick Sylvester to re-do my pool. He took the money. All we have is an empty pool. Kandua has refused to provide us with and ID number, proof of residence, etc as they are using POPIA as the reason they can’t give me the details. Von after I have senthtem Prof, they have basically it’s not their problem and I should lay charges. How do I lay charges without the “Pro’s” detailed???? I am disgusted how Kandua just wash their hands off the problem. Disgusting
