STAY AWAY FROM KANDUA

Absolutely shocking experience with Kandua. They say they have "verified pros" and have done "background checks", but honestly, these people are all ******.

I had a "pro" by the name of Ronald (Ronnie) come to my house to repair my microwave. He arrived at the agreed-upon time, took my microwave with him to repair and came back the next day. My microwave worked again for less than 12 hours.

I then called him to come back and re-repair it, since he told me there is a 12-month guarantee. He agreed to come on Monday, 21 June 2021 at 9am. He never pitched. I then phoned him and he said he was on his way. Again, he never pitched. Eventually I got my mom to phone him (a different phone number that he would not recognise) and he said he would be there the next day at 9am. Still did not pitch.

I have escalated the matter to Kandua, who stated that I need to wait for a refund from the service "pro". The same "pro" that doesn't take my calls and tells me he is on his way and then never pitches?

Highly doubt I will receive my refund.
