Service provider ran off with my appliance.

Kandua advertises that they use qualified professionals to assist with home services. I left my details on their website and on of their service providers contacted me, took my appliance and money. Kandua does not keep records of their service providers, it can be a ******** for all you know that gets hold of your information because they don’t do thorough checks. This could happen to anyone so how can Kandua be trusted and they have partnerships with big companies like Leroy Merlin. People should not do business with Kandua because they don’t know who they are doing business with, they can’t even get hold of this guy who’s name is Chris if that’s even his real name.
