Prices and quotes that keeps escalating.

I requested a qoute and a call out for a fridge repair and a gentleman called Anyways came over to my place but then doubled the amount from R580 to R1200 and when I queried it with him he dropped it to R800 which I still told him I don't have then he settled for R600 which I transferred to his number but he can't stop harassing me now saying I need to pay more and I am disgusted. Oh and by the way I was never even given any invoice.
