Not willing to give higher persons to me to fulfill their customer happyness guaranteed

Worst service. Contractor damaged all assembled items and my counter. The cupboards were put in scew. One by a cmm, the other 3 cm. Redid one and still over cm scew. Could not use a level. Did not secure at all. Arrived in taxi and driver waited in taxi by my front door. Was scared. Hung awnings too high so provides no shade or rain cover.
