No trust in contractors

Initial service by the "Pro", i.e. contractor connected to my inquiry appeared to be fair. He arrived later than agreed, but repaired the problem on the same day. Unfortunately it only lasted for a week and then failed. I have not been able to get hold of the contractor again, despite the claim of a 3 month warranty. I reviewed it on Kandua website, but they have not addressed the issue either and this contractor is still being presented on their site, despite similar complaints from other dissatisfied customer that made use of his services over the same period.
