I used Kandua's web site in 2022 to acquire the service of a mechanic to fix my car. Mr A G (Gerhard ) van Niekerk listed on their web site contacted me, collected my car from the dealer where my insurance had it towed to and quoted me an amount of R5 700.00, which I paid. To make a long story short, he disappeared with my car, blocked me on his phone and after weeks of going from one police station to the other and different licencing offices in Pretoria, to no avail, I deregistered the car. I have now been contacted last week by a car dealer in Brits, claiming they bought the car from him in 2022 for R44 000.00 They can now not register the car and it may be another ****, so I distance myself from them. I reported mr v Niekerk to Kandua in 2022 via email and phoning them, to no avail. He is still using their web site and there are even reviews in 2024 on their web site of others being ****med by him and their cars being ******.
