In July 2019 I enlisted the services of a carpenter by the name of EVEN (E S Carpentry Solutions) from the Kandua team and had endless problems. he quoted on a 3 door cupboard that needed to be custom made because there was a Lintel across the topend. when he installed the cupboard ..1 door was to the ceiling the other 2 doors were up to the height of the lintel which was not what was discussed. he then made all the excuses about distance and petrol costs etc. Why would a carpenter that is not in my vicinity agree to the job.?Then he brought the top end of the cupboard but the doors did not fit. he then took it away and for months said that I would need to pay extra because he lived too far away. When he eventually came back with the doors, he did not have the cupboard. He insisted that he left the cupboard at my place which was not true. months went by and more excuses that he was too busy or that the cupboard got damaged in the workshop and that he would need to make another one. Then Lockdown happened, more excuses, this time he had no bakkie because of the lockdown he had to sent the bakkie to limpopo and had no transport. August 2020 , he suggests that I get someone else and that there will be new costs.I contacted Kandua, emailed and whatsapp messages that were attached as proof of the conversations. Kandua team said please email everything again in Oct 2020 . DO NOT USE HANDYMEN FROM KANDUA
