Kandua sends con men to customers

Here's a warning about this platform. They say that they send reliable, professional repair personnel to you to carry out repairs but that's *******. They suggested Innocent Munyengetegwa from Innocent Projects to repair my fridge. He charged us R5820. to do the job and gave us a warranty, but didn't come back despite multiple promises when the fridge stopped working the following morning. Kandua should have checked on that man before recommending him who has obviously ****** us. Kandua just saying that they'll suspend him from the platform isn't good enough
