Kandua, misleading advertising, misrepresentation

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Do yourself a favour and don’t search for contractors via kandua. They claim to vet professionals etc. this is not the case. I’m double digit thousands out of pocket thanks to using a so called vetted professional from kandua. Upon further investigation the vetted professional supp**** **** ID numbers and address details etc. to kandua. When you take it up with them, they offer limited help and then they keep referencing terms of use and that they are not responsible. Almost 3 months later and the job is still not done. I’m hoping for the best that the job might still get done. The service agent and manager from kandua has also stopped responding. I’ve escalated to the founding directors Arjun and another executive named Graeme who can’t be bothered to reply or engage. Leroy merlin are also associated with kandua via their website and clearly have not done their checks on kanduas service promise claims either.
