Kandua is not to be trsuted

I got a pro Tinashe to install bedroom cupboards for me. I paid Tinashe R2500 as a deposit because he said he needed to buy material and i will pay him the balance after installation. Almost 2 months later and nothing has surfaced, even the refund for my deposit. I have been sending emails to Kandua regarding this issue and they are just not doing anything about it. It sad that one uses platforms like these because we are trying to avoid being ****med but then we can ****med anyway. Its clear that Kandua protects these ****mers.
