Kandua is a **** including the guys they send

I am very disappointed at the service i am getting right now from Kandua. I outsource electrical services and decided to go with Mashole from ntso trading and projects I think it was the 30 November2022. I was desperate and urgently needed assistance. 10 days later the stove and plug he worked on are giving me the same problem if not worse. The oven is now coming out smoke as in its flaming. I have sent him a WhatsApp as that was the form of communication between us but he has decided to blue tick and ignore me. So this means I paid R1600 for him to not even fix the problem as the stove and oven have been used 3 times since he left and it’s giving problems still. I had to get another electrician to have a look at the stove and guess what, he said the connection done is incorrect hense it started burning. Now the element is not working as well so he actually did more damage than repair. I sent Kandua an email and i have been trying to call but i am getting no response and the phone is not being picked up.
