Kandua is a ****.

Kandua states on their website, “ We perform a quality check on the service provider”. This is a lie. I used their website to find a “Pro”. This supplier sent me quotes from Kandua with their system and letterhead I paid the deposit through Kandua website. The Pro did not provide any services, disconnected his phone and stole over R7000 of my money. Kandua’s response was that they cannot help me with a refund. Although I paid directly into their account. Instead they can only provide me with the “Pro’s” information (which I have already) once I have laid a case with the police. No help at all in retrieving my money back.

I used the service trusting that they vetted the suppliers and made sure they were reliable businesses. Instead I was ****med, my money was taken from me, no assistance in helping send another pro to complete the work promised, no assistance in helping get my money back that I paid through their “trusted “ system.

Please be very wary. They promise reliable service providers. This is a lie.
