Kandua accepts no liability!!!

Recently I was given the details of one of their contractors whom had been in contact with me, Kandua claims that these contractors have been fully checked and screened, the person got away with my deposit for a job, I have been struggling with both Kandua and the contractor, Kandua responds by saying they are only the third party yet collecting fees, the invoices and messages that these contractors send out are directly from the Kandua platform, the contractor won't take my calls or answer my messages, Kandua has sent me an email stating that the contractor has a day to respond or will be blocked from their website, this was three weeks ago and still nothing has been done DO NOT USE THEM, stay away!!!
