Horrible experience
We purchased sliding doors for our bedroom cupboard from Leroy Merlin. Once the doors were installed, we picked up that it was overlapping. When taken up with Kandua they said it was Leroy Merlin. After such a struggle Kandua showed up to fix it. Installed and looked fine. When we got someone to install our cupboards we picked up that the cupboard sliding doors are not level. We have taken it up with Kandua and await a response. One would imagine that the first thing to check is that doors are installed level. What a joke!

Thank you someone from your Support department did give me a call.
The individual who was suppose to come fix our sliding door on Thursday never showed up. This is just unacceptable - my fiance took a day off from work to be home for this.
We then arranged for today aaaand the person didn't show up.
Come on Kandua! I would never recommend you to anyone - it's been such a hack just to install a basic sliding door.
Kandua gives one an impression that their employees mess up - then when it needs to fixed they just don't show up and always have excuses. Then clients will give up on this nonsense and get someone else.
What is being done about this? Just Apologies - again and again.
Our first appointment was on 26 October. It takes Kandua to install a sliding door 3 to 4 weeks.
