HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MISPLACED PRIORITIES
Please stop wasting precious time asking for feedback about your website, instead, prioritize addressing the negative reviews posted by the customers who feel strongly discouraged by the workmanship of your specialists, that's if you value having repeat customers.
I received a call today by one of the Kandua service agents who persistently requested me to rate the website, but couldn't be bothered when I brought up the fact that I never received a courtesy call to acknowledge the review I had posted about the bad workmanship I received, even hung up!
