Do not use Kandua!

Do not use this service, they do not vet the service providers as advertised!

I found a carpenter on Kandua's website who not only stole the furniture which was meant to be repaired but also the deposit paid for said repairs. Upon laying ******** charges against said carpenter, Kandua outright refused to assist in providing the business particulars of the carpenter until SAPS physically visited their head office and requested the necessary details of the carpenter. Upon further investigation by SAPS the carpenter in question had been arrested for multiple ******s, among other crimes - the ONLY reason I let this individual into my home was on the sole basis that Kandua had done the necessary checks. Of course I never heard from Kandua again after the ******** case was closed due to the carper having already been jailed nor was the carpenter removed from their website for a significant period of time - thus allowing him easy access to unsuspecting peoples homes.
