Contracted to replaced the lock on a Maxidor gate.

Good day. I would like to share my experience with using Prince to repair my gate on the 1st August 2018. He replaced the lock on my Maxidor gate. A week later the latch on the gate did not want to close. I called him as well as sent him a video of the problem. He told me it was not financially viable for him to come back and repair it and that I had just paid him to fix the actual lock which he had done. Since he repaired the lock on the 1st August, its has gotten stuck 3 times. This weekend it finally become permanently stuck with the result that I cannot open the gate. It would appear that despite me paying R 550 to him to repair the lock that I will now need to source another service provider to fix what he has not done. I am very disappointed in Prince who initially came across as very professional and friendly but has let me down with his standard of service. Regards Philip
