Conned customer

I, trustingly, accepted the services of Sakhive Construction based on his profile on Kandua. It's been over 6 months. I have 2 incomplete and safety hazardous bathrooms. An agreement was agreed upon by Sakhive in the presence of legal advisors. Nothing has been done. Not even Kandua is able to assist even though they advertise for their clients. Other clients who endured a similar fate have now contacted me to say they also have been through similar through Kandua. How is no one accepting responsibility and how are all these parties allowed to get away with *********** customers.
