Complete pathetic service

Sent a complaint to Kandua on 10 December 2020 regarding a contractor of theirs who has not completed the job since October 2020, I have sent numerous messages and tried several time to contact Chrispin the owner of 3G Carpentry who has not contacted me back at all and has left the job less than halfway complete. I have paid 50% deposit to Chrispin before he started the job and he has now run away and to date I have not had any response from Kandua.
