Brand new airconditioner failure

I found a so called Pro on Kandua that left me losing a lot of money .

I Bought a brand new Samsung aircon from Le Roymerlin , I found a authorised installer on Kandua as instructed by Le Roymerlin for warranty purpose, SAME installed the aircon , a week later I realised that there where no nuts installed on the anchor bolts on the outside unit . He sent someone and the installed the nuts , A month or so later the aircon stopped working , I phone again and the Technician said all the gas is out , a untightened fitting caused the problem , After the re gas the outside unit made a horrible noise and the unit kept on tripping the circuit breaker , then the unit did not come on at all , I phoned him again . The technician came out and said the PC Board packed up !!! Now he wants R2500 for a new PC , I refused to pay it I said to him I’ve send the video of the noise to another installer and he assured me the machine was over gassed , I then showed the video to the Technician that works for Same and he also said it was over gassed , Please don’t use these un qualified people to install a aircon , I’m sitting with a brand new aircon that failed due to bad installation, All the photos and video was sent to Same but he wants me to pay for their fault . I’m very disappointed as I lost a lot of money by using People on Kandua .
